- Rehearsals of Body of Your FP with Visuals
- Use Worksheet #3 to prepare well for this rehearsal. The worksheet tells you to look at other handouts. LOOK AT THEM TOO! You cannot succeed if you do not do so. You can look at samples of visuals you can use in your final presentation by clicking HERE.
- Each rehearsal will be 2 minutes long. You will be stopped after two minutes. Many of you went overtime in INTRODUCTION. Rehearse with a watch as many times as possible!!!
- Remember that you will give three supporting points with evidence (data, exaples, etc.) in three posters. If you should forget to bring posters, you cannot give the presentation.
- By the way, many postures for INTRODUCTION were not very good. The sizes of papers and letters were too small. Get poster papers from the coop on campus. These posters are not for you but for your audience!!! If they cannot read your posters, they are useless, aren't they?
- Many of you "read" (big) notes in INTRODUCTION. With the pointer in one hand and the (big) notes in the other, you did not have enough gestures and eye contact. Use the "smaller" note cards AND the posters as your note.
