研究紹介
私の研究は、医学教育、老年学、ヘルスサービスリサーチを中心としています。特に、医療系学生の学習動機づけ、専門職としての成長、医学・科学英語コミュニケーション教育に関心を持っています。また、高齢者のフレイル、社会的つながり、生活の質(QOL)、アドバンス・ケア・プランニングなど、超高齢社会における医療・ケアの課題についても研究を行っています。
研究方法としては、システマティックレビュー、スコーピングレビュー、質的研究、質問紙調査などを用い、教育・医療・社会的要因が人々の健康や学習経験にどのような影響を与えるかを探究しています。研究成果を教育実践や医療現場に還元し、より良い学習環境とケアの実現に貢献することを目指しています。
